Accounts Administrator
An exciting opportunity has become available within APS Projects Ltd for an Accounts Administrator in our fast-growing King’s Lynn showroom office. We are a market leader in commercial interior fitouts across the East of England and are looking for a capable individual to carry out the accounts function.
Responsibilities will include:
- Sales ledger – estimates, invoices, statements, credit control
- Purchase ledger – matching invoices, action queries & payment preparation
- VAT and sub-contractor CIS
- Bank reconciliation
Experience:
- 2 years accounts experience minimum
- Previous experience with QuickBooks an advantage
Skills required:
- Attention to detail
- Able to take own initiative
- Strong administration skills
- Strong communication skills
Hours
20 -24 hours per week – Monday to Thursday
Pay
£11 – £14 per hour
