Accounts Administrator

An exciting opportunity has become available within APS Projects Ltd for an Accounts Administrator in our fast-growing King’s Lynn showroom office. We are a market leader in commercial interior fitouts across the East of England and are looking for a capable individual to carry out the accounts function.

Responsibilities will include:

  •   Sales ledger – estimates, invoices, statements, credit control
  •   Purchase ledger – matching invoices, action queries & payment preparation
  •   VAT and sub-contractor CIS
  •   Bank reconciliation

Experience:

  •   2 years accounts experience minimum
  •   Previous experience with QuickBooks an advantage

Skills required:

  •   Attention to detail
  •   Able to take own initiative
  •   Strong administration skills
  •   Strong communication skills

Hours
20 -24 hours per week – Monday to Thursday

Pay
£11 –  £14 per hour
