Office Administrator

 

APS Projects is a leading fit out company building commercial interiors across the East of England since 1987 and winner of the King’s Lynn Mayor’s Business Award in 2018.  Due to recent expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking administrator to join our friendly team in our King’s Lynn head office.

 

Salary:

  •  £18,000 – £20,000 (depending on experience)

 

Job Location:

  • King’s Lynn, Norfolk

 

Skills Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office administrator role
  • Excellent IT skills are essential (we’re a paperless office)
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excels in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Organised, confident, with a can-do attitude

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support to all departments 
  • Answer and transfer incoming phone calls 
  • Email customers with updates as required
  • Carry out reception duties including greeting visitors and receiving deliveries
  • Input data into the IT system 
  • Order office supplies and equipment 
  • Raise purchase orders and send to suppliers
