Project Manager


APS Projects is a leading fit out company, building commercial interiors across the East of England since 1987 and winner of the King’s Lynn Mayor’s Business Award 2018.  As part of our growth plan, we are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Project Manager to join our team.



  • £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)


Job Location:

  • King’s Lynn, Norfolk


Skills Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing construction projects
  • Knowledge of the fit out industry is essential
  • Excellent IT and admin management skills (we’re a paperless office)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to prioritise workload and work well with others



  • Take ownership of delivering multiple fit out projects across the East of England
  • Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the process
  • Deliver projects on schedule and within set budgets
  • Ensure smooth delivery and efficient use of materials, labour and equipment
  • Manage the installation teams and subcontractors during the build phase
  • Collaborate with other project managers and project coordinators
  • Oversee the health and safety requirements
